    When rental staging isn’t necessary or an option

    Staging a home through the organization and redesign of existing furniture and items is an easier and more cost-effective way to showcase a home’s potential than staging with a rental agency. Our goal is to create the best first impression and help homeowners get the most

    SORTED can help a homeowner declutter their home by sorting through their belongings and deciding what to keep in the home, what to pack for their new home and what to purge and donate. With current trends in mind, we’ll depersonalize the home and redesign each room so the home’s features are the focal points, not a homeowner’s stuff, and potential buyers can envision themselves living there.

  2. HOME CLEANOUTS OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS
    When a homeowner needs full assistance clearing out belongings

    There are times when a homeowner needs full assistance clearing a home of personal belongings. Commonly, this happens when selling a second home or the home of a lost loved one. No matter the situation, SORTED can clear a home of personal belongings, such as clothing, documents, décor, houseware, bedding and linens, toys and small furniture items. For any unwanted items, we will handle the removal of such items, and ensure that all items are dispersed amongst our local non-profit organizations who need specific donations (learn more here). We do not remove beds, dining sets, hutches and other large furniture items, but we can suggest local non-profits and other organizations that do.

Pricing + Service Details

Hourly Rate: $85

All services are charged based on the hours needed to complete the project.

Service Area

Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Incline Village, Truckee, South Lake Tahoe & everything in between.


Service Hours

Projects are divided into sessions of 3-5 hours per day. Sessions are available Monday through Friday, between 9:00am and 4:00pm. Weekend hours are available for an additional fee.


Recycling & Donations: Free!

We will donate your discarded items to local community service organizations and recycle as many items as possible. Learn more about how we take discarded items further, here.
